He has 16 years of experience in trading and clearing commodity futures markets, the financial instruments market and international transactions carried out within the mechanism of linking European electricity markets. He has been associated with the TGE Capital Group since 2008, where he was initially involved in the work on launching the operational activity of the Warsaw Commodity Clearing House SA and managed the implementation of an advanced payment system at IRGiT. In 2013-2018, he served as the director of the Clearing and Settlement Department and the director of international cooperation development at IRGiT. During this time, he also represented the company at the general meetings of the EACH association (European Association of CCP Clearing Houses), which brings together CCP clearing houses in Europe.

From April 2018 to June 2024, he served as Vice President of the Management Board of the Polish Power Exchange, where he was responsible for the operational activity of the Exchange and the development of the product offer. He supervised, among others, the launch of the European Intraday Market (XBID) in 24/7/365 mode, the launch of futures instruments quotations on the organized OTF trading platform and the implementation of a comprehensive liquidity improvement program. In parallel to serving as Vice President of the Management Board of TGE, from October 2023 to June 2024, he was also Vice President of the Management Board of IRGiT. From December 2020 to August 2024, he also served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of InfoEngine, a company belonging to the TGE Capital Group. He assumed the position of President of the Management Board of TGE on 29 June 2024. Since April 2018, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Foundation, and in January 2021 he joined the Management Board of the international association of energy exchanges APEx (Association of Power Exchanges).

Piotr Listwoń is a graduate of the Strategic Management Department of the Higher School of Management (POU/Oxford Brookes University), where he also obtained an MBA degree.

​Since December 2015, responsible for implementation of network codes on the electricity and gas markets, development of retail markets, implementation of state aid programs such as termination of PPAs and capacity market. Actively participates in the work of the Council of European Energy Regulators (CEER) and the EU Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER). In the years 2008–2014, the Vice President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, responsible for state aid issues and market surveillance. In the years 2006–2008, the General Director of the Energy Regulatory Office.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the British Centre for English and European Legal Studies under auspices of the Cambridge University. She also completed postgraduate studies in economics of the energy sector (Warsaw School of Economics) and European integration (National School of Public Administration and Ecole Nationale d’Administration). Lecturer at postgraduate studies in the Consumer Protection Law at the Polish Academy of Sciences.

​Graduate of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. He completed Managerial Postgraduate Studies in Business Management at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, International Managerial and Marketing Studies at the Technical University of Brno, International Managerial and Financial Studies at the University of Economics in Katowice and Master of Business Administration studies at The Brennan School of Business of Dominican University, River Forest Illinois in the USA.

He has been associated with the energy sector for over 27 years. He has many years of experience in creating effective sales and marketing strategies and change management. He is an expert in the design and implementation of new products and services as well as marketing campaigns, contact channels and IT tools and systems. He has led and implemented numerous projects related to improving the efficiency of organizations and business processes.

Since March 2024, he has been the President of the Management Board of Tauron Polska Energia S.A. In the years 2020–2024, Vice-President of the Management Board of Polenergia Dystrybucja and Vice-President of the Management Board of Polenergia Sales. In the years 2012–2019, associated with the TAURON Group, as Vice-President of the Management Board at TAURON Sales and TAURON Sales GZE and Executive Director for Customer at TAURON Polska Energia S.A. In the years 1997–2012 he worked in companies belonging to the Vattenfall Group, among others: as Head of the Development Department, Head of the Personnel Planning and Strategy Department, Project Manager, Customer Service Director, Sales and Marketing Director, Vice-President of the Management Board.

He is a member of a number of supervisory boards. Vice-President of the Polish Electricity Committee and President of IGEOS.

Graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology. He obtained his D.Eng from K.U. Leuven University in Belgium.

He worked as a consultant in the area of energy markets at Tractebel Engineering, Power System Consulting (Engie group, formerly GdF-SUEZ), where he held managerial positions in large European energy R&D projects. He has been with PSE since 2009. In 2012, he became the director of the Energy Market Development Office. Subsequently, he became the deputy director of the International Cooperation Department and has been the director of the System Management Department since 2019. During his time at PSE, he twice served as chairman of the Market Committee within the association of European transmission system operators, ENTSO-E.

He is co-author of "Wiek Energetyków", recognized as one of the best economic books of the year in Poland. He has been repeatedly awarded, including in the prestigious NBP competition for economic journalists and TGE competitions for energy journalists. He has been nominated twice for the Grand Press Economy award.
