Magdalena Ruszniak

Director of Technical Affairs at Veolia Term Group and Member of the Management Board. She has been associated with the Veolia Term Group since 2020 and has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry.

A leader in decarbonization projects. She is responsible for creating a plan to phase out coal by 2030 and oversees its implementation. Head of innovative projects.

An engineer by education and passion. She is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, majoring in energy. She earned her MBA at the University of Bradford and the Leon Koźmiński University in Warsaw. She also graduated from the Faculty of Management and Marketing at the Leon Koźmiński University in Warsaw. A science enthusiast, eager to share knowledge and experience. She is the head and lecturer of the MBA Energy program at Lazarski University and also a lecturer at the University of Children in Warsaw.
