PhD in economics, president of WiseEuropa. Researcher at the University of Warsaw. From 2006 to 2013, president of the IBS foundation. He is a co-author of several Polish strategic documents (including the Hausner Plan, Poland 2030 – Development Challenges, Long-term National Development Strategy until 2030 (Poland 2030 – The Third Wave of Modernity)). Project manager and author of numerous commentaries and press articles on topics such as macroeconomics, energy policy, innovation, the pension system, and the labor market.
