Tomasz Gasiński

Tomek has over 20 years of professional experience in environmental and climate management, risk management, and sustainable development.
He serves as a Director at Deloitte Risk Advisory – Sustainability Consulting for the Central Europe region, where he is responsible for developing methodologies and business initiatives in decarbonization, climate change, and ESG risk management. For many years, he has been actively promoting the concepts and practical applications of risk management and sustainable development. Additionally, he has extensive experience in project management and corporate risk management, having worked for both Polish and international organizations, including Det Norske Veritas (DNV) and the LOTOS Group.
His professional experience includes over 2,000 days of collaboration with clients in various roles, such as project manager, risk manager, environmental auditor, consultant, and trainer in areas like environmental management systems, enterprise/technical/ESG risk management, strategic risk assessment and management (including ESG and climate risks), and decarbonization in supply chains.
Tomek is an expert in greenhouse gas emissions, including calculating, verifying, and reporting CO2 emissions, as well as decarbonization, energy management, and offset solutions.
He has participated or is currently participating as a Member of the Polish Risk Management Association (POLRISK) and the Technical Committee PKN No. 305 for the development of the Polish Standard ISO 26000.
Additionally, Tomek is a lecturer at Collegium Civitas.

Piotr Hałoń
Deloitte
Piotr is a member of the Energy & Resources Group at Deloitte in Poland. He has several years of experience in the energy sector and possesses in-depth commercial and technical knowledge of how energy markets, products, and contracting work.
As a certified broker at the Polish Power Exchange, Piotr implemented various strategy management models, carried out sales, marketing, restructuring, and acquisition projects, and was responsible for developing a product portfolio focused primarily on renewable energy sources, energy efficiency, and decarbonization.
In a managerial position at one of the largest trading companies in Poland, he worked with energy-intensive clients, the distributed generation sector, and public and state entities. In the private sector, he managed projects for clients in the SME and mass-market segments.
Piotr graduated from the Interdepartmental School of Energy (now the Faculty of Energy and Fuels) at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow and is currently pursuing postgraduate studies at the Krakow Business School at the Cracow University of Economics.
Member of the Energy & Resources at Deloitte in Poland. Piotr is a member of the Energy, Resources & Industrials Group in Deloitte, Poland. He has several years of experience in the energy sector and complex commercial and technical knowledge of the functioning of markets, products and principles of energy contracting. As a certified broker of the Polish Power Exchange he implemented differentiated strategy management models, implemented sales, marketing, restructuring and acquisition projects. He was responsible for the development of a product portfolio focused mainly on renewables, energy efficiency and decarbonisation. In a managerial role at one of the largest trading companies in Poland, he worked with energy-intensive customers, the distributed generation sector and public and state entities. Within the commercial sector, he carried out projects for SME and mass market customers. Piotr is a graduate of the Interdepartmental School of Energy (today the Faculty of Energy and Fuels) at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow and in the course of postgraduate studies at the Krakow Business School at the Cracow University of Economics.
